SUMMARY:Pokemon: Mega Evolutions Pitch Black Build and Battle Draft Prerelease
DESCRIPTION:Registration starts at 12:30 \nGameplay begins 1:00 PM \nPRE-REGISTRATION: $35 \nIn a Build & Battle Draft event\, each competitor receives a Build & Battle Box. Competitors split into groups of four and are seated in a circle. At a signal from the Organizer\, each competitor opens their 40-card Build & Battle deck first\, without revealing its contents to the other competitors. They will review the cards and when finished they will put these cards back into their Build & Battle Box. Each competitor then opens one booster pack from the Build and Battle box without revealing its contents to the other competitors. They select one card from their booster pack and put it in their box\, along with the Pokémon TCG Online code card and the non-foil Basic Energy card. Competitors then pass the remaining cards\, face down\, to the person on their left. Each competitor continues to select one card from among the cards handed to them until all the cards have been selected. This process repeats for each remaining booster pack\, with the passing pattern alternating from left to right as each new pack is opened. \nAfter all the booster packs have been opened and all the cards have been selected\, each competitor constructs a 40-card deck using only the cards in their box and any Basic Energy cards provided by the Organizer. Competitors have 20 minutes to construct their decks. \nPlayers will then play three (3) rounds with the deck they’ve created. Rounds are for four (4) prize cards\, best of one\, and 30 minutes long. \nPrize Support: 3 Pokémon Pitch Black Booster Packs to every player upon completion of the event (distributed at the end of the event). League Prize packs and other promos will be distributed to top players.
